Composite roof sheets installed as part of a refurbishment during 2022:

1. Main fixings to sheets are missing, not installed to manufacturer’s recommendations or industry standards.
2. Main fixings and side lap screws are over tightened, loose, and starting to protrude out.
3. End lap and side lap sealant is not in place; therefore, water may penetrate through laps.
